Traditional Chinese bookbinding

Traditional Chinese bookbinding, also called stitched binding (Chinese: 線裝; pinyin: xiàn zhuāng), is the method of bookbinding that the Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, and Vietnamese used before adopting the modern codex form.
