Tracy Y. Browning (born October 9, 1976) has been serving as the second counselor to Susan Porter in the Primary general presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2022. She is the first Black woman to serve in a church-wide organization presidency in the LDS Church and the first Black woman to speak in an LDS General Conference.
