Townsend Haines (January 7, 1792 โ€“ October 5, 1865) was an American politician and judge from Pennsylvania. He served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing Chester County from 1827 to 1828. He served as Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
