Tomoka Nishiyama (西山 朋佳, Nishiyama Tomoka; born June 27, 1995) is a Japanese women's professional shogi player ranked 5-dan. She is the current holder of the Women's Ōshō, Hakurei and Women's Meijin titles as well as a former holder of the Jo-Ō and Women's Ōza titles.
