Tomás Rau Binder (born 18 April 1973, Santiago) is a Chilean economist, academic, consultant, and researcher of German descent. He served as director of the Institute of Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC).
In January 2026, Rau was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Welfare in the incoming government of President-elect José Antonio Kast.
