Todd Downing (born July 22, 1980) is an American football coach who is currently the wide receivers coach for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He has previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans as well as an assistant coach for the New York Jets, Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions, and St. Louis Rams.
