Tit-Ary (Russian: Тит-Ары; Yakut: Тиит Арыы, Tiit Arıı) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Tit-Arynsky Rural Okrug of Ust-Aldansky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 60 kilometers (37 mi) from Borogontsy, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 288, down from 298 recorded during the 2002 Census.
