Timo Järvinen (18 November 1966–2025) was a Finnish speed skater. He competed at the 1988 Winter Olympics and the 1992 Winter Olympics.

After he moved to France, Jarvinen became known for his surf photography and his photographs were published in multiple magazines.

Jarvinen died from cancer in 2025 at age 60.
