Thomas Groß (born August 1965) is a German banking executive. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) since 1 June 2020 and has been a member of its management board since 2012. In November 2025, he was elected President of the Association of German Public Banks.
