Thomas Francis Fremantle, 1st Baron Cottesloe, 2nd Baron Fremantle, PC, PC (Ire), JP (11 March 1798 – 3 December 1890), known as Sir Thomas Fremantle, Bt, between 1821 and 1874, was a British Tory politician.
