The Angry Birds Movie 3 is an upcoming animated comedy film based on the Angry Birds franchise. It is the third Angry Birds film, following The Angry Birds Movie (2016) and The Angry Birds Movie 2 (2019). It is directed by John Rice from a screenplay by Thurop Van Orman. Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Rachel Bloom, Danny McBride, Anthony Padilla, and Ian Hecox reprise their roles from the previous Angry Birds films. Emma Myers, Keke Palmer, Lily James, Tim Robinson, Walker Scobell, Sam Richardson, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, Marcello Hernández, Psalm West, James Austin Johnson, Anna Cathcart, MrBeast, and Salish Matter all join the voice cast in new roles.
A third Angry Birds film was reported to be in development by Sony Pictures in 2021. Several production companies would later become attached to the film; series owner Rovio Entertainment produces alongside Sega Sammy Group, Prime Focus Studios, One Cool Films, Flywheel Media, and Dentsu, while DNEG provides animation services. The film was announced in 2024, with production and voice-over beginning the same year.
The Angry Birds Movie 3 is scheduled to be released on December 23, 2026, by Paramount Pictures.
