Teodoro Picado Michalski (10 January 1900 – 1 June 1960) was a Costa Rican educator, lawyer and politician who served as the 30th President of Costa Rica from 1944 to 1948. A member of the National Republican Party, he previously served as president of the Constitutional Congress from 1941 to 1944.
