Tatsuya Hori (堀 達也, Hori Tatsuya; born November 22, 1935) is a Japanese politician. He was director of the Hokkaidō-Kitami University. From 1995 he served as governor of Hokkaidō for two terms totalling 8 years. He was chairman of the board of Sapporo University. He was associate professor at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
