Tasvîr-i Efkâr (Ottoman Turkish: تسویر افکار, lit. 'Herald of Ideas') was a long term Ottoman Turkish newspaper which existed between 1862 and 1925 with some interruptions. The paper was one of the early privately owned publications in the Ottoman Empire. It is known for its founder İbrahim Şinasi and for its leading editors, including Namık Kemal and Yunus Nadi.
