Tartano (Lombard: Tàrten) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Milan and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 236 and an area of 47.6 square kilometres (18.4 mi2).
