The Tō-Ō Nippō (東奥日報, Tōō Nippō; lit. 'eastern heartland daily report') is a newspaper published by The Tō-Ō Nippō Press (株式会社東奥日報社, Kabushiki gaisha Tōō Nippō) in Aomori, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. It is distributed throughout Aomori Prefecture. The newspaper traces its roots to the late 19th century and was established on 6 December 1888 as the first newspaper to be distributed throughout Aomori Prefecture.
