Strigamia maritima is a soil centipede in the subfamily Linotaeniinae, a clade formerly known as the family Linotaeniidae, but now deemed a subfamily within the family Geophilidae. This centipede is the most common of the four fully coastal geophilomorph species known in the British Isles.
