Steven Carl Pelluer (born July 29, 1962) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs. He was selected by the Cowboys in the 5th round of the 1984 NFL draft. He played college football for the Washington Huskies.
