Stephen Michael McKinney (born October 15, 1975) is an American former professional football player who was an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 1998 NFL draft. He played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies.
He is the older brother of former NFL offensive lineman Seth McKinney. He is the first-born son of former Texas A&M University System Chancellor Mike McKinney.
