Stephen Parkinson, Baron Parkinson of Whitley Bay (born 30 June 1983) is a British Conservative member of the House of Lords who served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Arts, Heritage and Libraries from March 2022 to July 2024.

Lord Parkinson was previously a Special Adviser to Theresa May when she was Home Secretary and Prime Minister, and previously a think tank researcher and lobbyist.
