Stepan Porfyrovych Vytvytskyi (Ukrainian: Степан Порфирович Витвицький; 13 March 1884 – 9 October 1965), also known as Dr. Stepan Wytwycky, was a Ukrainian politician, diplomat, and journalist. He was the President of the Ukrainian People's Republic in exile (1954–1965).
