Stefanie Hubig (German: [ˈʃtɛfani ˈhuːbɪç]; born 15 December 1968) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has been serving as Federal Minister of Justice in the government of Chancellor Friedrich Merz since 2025. From 2016 to 2025, she served as State Minister for Education in the government of Minister-President of Rhineland-Palatinate Malu Dreyer.
