The State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (Indonesian: Badan Pengaturan Badan Usaha Milik Negara, abbreviated as BP BUMN) is a non-ministerial government agency of Indonesia that oversees and regulates the country's state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The agency was established on 2 October 2025, following the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2025, which amended Law No. 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises. It succeeded the former Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, taking over its regulatory functions while operational oversight of SOEs was transferred to a separate holding entity.
