Stanton University is a private, non-profit institution of higher education in California. Founded in 1996 as a faith-based university, it has since transitioned into a career-oriented institution offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
The university has two campuses, the main campus in Anaheim, California, and the secondary campus in Los Angeles, California.
Originally established in Garden Grove, California, Stanton University later relocated its main campus to Anaheim and maintains a satellite campus in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles.
The university received approval from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) in 2002 and certification from the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) in 2007, allowing it to enroll both domestic and international students.
It received accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in 2021.
