Stężyca [stɛ̃ˈʐɨt͡sa] is a village in Kartuzy County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Stężyca. It is located between the Stężyckie and Raduńskie Górne lakes within the ethnocultural region of Kashubia in the historic region of Pomerania.
