Spaghetti House is a group of family run Italian restaurants in the United Kingdom. The first Spaghetti House restaurant was opened in Goodge Street by Simone Lavarini in 1955. As of 2025, it had six branches, all in London.
The Spaghetti House branch in Knightsbridge became famous in 1975 as the site of the Spaghetti House siege, where three robbers took the restaurant staff hostage following a failed robbery. The siege ended five days later with the release of all hostages.
As of 2025, the company is now owned by Lavval Restaurant Group, owned by the Lavarini family.
