"Songbird" is a song by English rock band Oasis from their fifth studio album, Heathen Chemistry (2002). Written by vocalist Liam Gallagher, it was the first Oasis single written by Liam and the first Oasis single not written by his brother Noel Gallagher. Released on 3 February 2003, the song reached number three on the UK Singles Chart and the top 10 in Ireland and Italy.
