So Be It was supported by the release of "I Know a Name", "Jesus Be the Name", and "God I'm Just Grateful" as singles, and "So Be It" and "Alleluia" as a promotional singles. The album was well received by critics, many of whom praised the lyrical focus, energy, and "scriptural grounding", while the album was also criticized for not being particularly unique or innovative.
