Strategic Highway 1 (S-1), also known as the Juglot–Skardu Road (Urdu: جگلوٹ–سکردو روڈ) and Baltistan Highway (Urdu: شاہراہِ بلتستان), is a 167-kilometre-long (104 mi) highway in Pakistan that links the cities of Gilgit and Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan. Constructed by the Pakistan Army Corps of Engineers from 1970 to 1982, it is maintained by National Highway Authority.
