Silvia Valsecchi (born 19 July 1982) is an Italian former racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2002 and 2021 for the Itera Team, Top Girls–Fassa Bortolo and Bepink. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's team time trial in Florence.
