Silver Star is a steel roller coaster located at Europa-Park, a theme park in Rust, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The coaster has a height of 73 metres (240 ft) and a drop of 67 metres (220 ft), placing it in the hyper coaster category. At the time of its opening, Silver Star was the tallest coaster constructed by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M), as well as the tallest and fastest coaster in Europe. It also had the longest drop in Europe. All of these records have been broken, with the current record holders being Fury 325 at Carowinds (tallest B&M coaster) and Red Force in Ferrari Land (tallest and fastest in Europe).
