Sibulan, officially the Municipality of Sibulan (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Sibulan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Sibulan), is a municipality in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 69,092 people.
