Shuqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان شوقان) is in Jolgeh Shuqan District of Jajrom County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Shuqan. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Jushqan, now in Tabar Rural District.
