Sheng Qiuping (Chinese: 盛秋平; born September 1968) is a Chinese politician currently serving as a vice minister of commerce of the People's Republic of China and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Commerce. He previously served as director of the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and as mayor and Party secretary of Yiwu.
