Shelton Eugene Quarles (born September 11, 1971) is an American football executive and former linebacker who is the senior director of football operations for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Vanderbilt Commodores and was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 1994. He also played for the BC Lions and the Buccaneers, for whom he played for from 1997 to 2006.
