Shatrovsky District (Russian: Шатровский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kurgan Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,580 square kilometers (1,380 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Shatrovo. Population: 18,446 (2010 census); 23,009 (2002 Census); 28,435 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Shatrovo accounts for 30.8% of the district's total population.
