Shōmei Yokouchi (横内 正明, Yokouchi Shōmei; March 2, 1942 – April 21, 2020) was a Japanese politician. He represented the Yamanashi at-large district and later the Yamanashi 3rd district in the House of Representatives in the national Diet from 1993 until 2002 and was governor of Yamanashi Prefecture from 2007 until 2015. He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo Law Department.
