Serbs are a recognized ethnic minority in the Czech Republic. According to data from the 2021 census, 4,101 Serbs live in the Czech Republic, of which 1,187 declared their Serb ethnicity in combination with another ethnicity. Although Serbs are recognized as an autochthonous ethnic group in Czech Republic, they almost exclusively consist of recent immigrants and expatriates.
