Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve is a nature preserve owned and managed by The Wildlands Conservancy, a nonprofit land conservancy. The 1,384 acres (5.60 km2) property, established in 2018, is located in San Diego County, California, near Fallbrook, California. It protects a five-mile stretch of the Santa Margarita River, one of the last free-flowing rivers in Southern California. It is one of the preserves managed by The Wildlands Conservancy.
