Sangarius (mythology)

Sangarius (/sæŋˈɡɛriəs/; Ancient Greek: Σαγγάριος, romanized: Sangários) is a Phrygian river-god of Greek mythology. He is the divine personification of the river Sangarius which flows in Phrygia, a region in northwestern Asia Minor.
