San Roque, officially the Municipality of San Roque (Waray: Bungto han San Roque; Tagalog: Bayan ng San Roque), is a municipality in the province of Northern Samar, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 29,882 people.

San Roque was originally a part of Pambujan. San Roque is the Spanish language name for Saint Roch.
