San Mariano, officially the Municipality of San Mariano (Ilocano: Ili ti San Mariano; Filipino: Bayan ng San Mariano), is a municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 61,876 people.

The town is considered as the gateway to the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park.
