San Juan, officially the Municipality of San Juan (Cebuano: Lungsod sa San Juan; Tagalog: Bayan ng San Juan), is a municipality in the province of Siquijor, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 17,291 people.

San Juan is 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from the provincial capital Siquijor.
