San Jose, officially the Municipality of San Jose (Surigaonon: Lungsod nan San Jose; Cebuano: Lungsod sa San Jose; Tagalog: Bayan ng San Jose), is a municipality and the provincial capital of the province of Dinagat Islands, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 26,375 people.

San Jose is the seat of the Philippine Benevolent Missionaries Association (PBMA).
