San Francisco, officially the Municipality of San Francisco (Tagalog: Bayan ng San Francisco), is a municipality in the province of Quezon, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 63,789 people.

It was formerly called Bondo from its establishment as a town from 1938 to 1940, and Aurora from 1940 to 1967.
