Sami Tallberg (born 7 November 1976) is a Finnish award-winning chef, food writer, and pioneer in foraging since 2005. Tallberg is known for his wild food and mushrooms focused books, catering and courses as well as his concept design in the restaurant and culinary industry.

Tallberg has a focus on exhibiting "the interconnectedness of life", meaning attempting to convey that that "no organism exists in isolation" and "everything is part of a network of symbiotic relationships."

Tallberg is based in Ruissalo and Helsinki, Finland, but works globally.
