Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ lwi ɡɔ̃zaɡ]) is a parish municipality in the Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional County Municipality in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada. The population as of the 2021 Canadian census was 1,950.

The town centre is located along the banks of the Saint-Louis River.
