Ryan Lamonte Pickett Sr. (born October 8, 1979) is an American former professional football player who was a nose tackle for 14 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Pickett was selected with the 29th pick of the first round in the 2001 NFL draft by the St. Louis Rams. He also played for the Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans. With the Packers, he beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
