Ruslan Fatihūly Jaqsylyqov (Kazakh: Руслан Фатихұлы Жақсылықов, romanized: Ruslan Fatihūly Jaqsylyqov, [ro̙wɯsˈɫɑn fɑˈtʰɪχo̙ɫɯ ʐɑqsɯˈɫɯqɯf]: born 4 March 1966) is a Kazakh colonel general serving as the Minister of Defence on 19 January 2022 until 8 June 2025.
