Ruffle is an emulator for Adobe Flash (SWF) animation files. Following the deprecation and discontinuation of Adobe Flash Player in January 2021, some websites adopted Ruffle to allow users to continue viewing and interacting with legacy Flash Player content. Ruffle is multi-licensed under the MIT License and the Apache License 2.0.
